Emergency Telephones & Industrial Intercom
Emergency service telephones are used to provide fixed line voice communication from emergency or service points to a center or other telephones. Different models of these phones are widely used in highway tunnels, passenger areas and tunnels of subways, railways, clean rooms of pharmaceutical production facilities, hospitals and food production facilities, mines, factories, power generation facilities.
There are many different models such as handset, push-to-talk, keypad, cover, ATEX (ex-proof) according to the usage need and type.
The products are manufactured in high protection class in accordance with industrial and difficult operating conditions and are resistant to weather conditions and impacts. The products are suitable for use in areas with electronic and radio signal interference.
Communication can be done in analog or VoIP. Telephones can also interface and co-operate with other systems such as SCADA, CCTV, voice alarm system.
All models have the feature of remote programming, control and automatic testing via software. In this way, inspection and maintenance can be done without going to the field in businesses with many telephones and operating costs can be kept under control. This feature also provides continuous control of the phones that will be used to ask for help in emergency situations, that they are ready to operate with all their features.
Intercom communication systems are used to provide effective communication in harsh industrial environments.
In these systems, wall-mounted intercom stations, desktop central stations and speakers are used depending on the place of use. The stations are resistant to weather conditions and impacts and have high IP protection classes. ATEX stations can also be supplied if needed.
Three different solutions are available, using different communication techniques and having different intercom station models. There are systems with central switching, omnibus single channel communication and common channel according to the required functions.

ERCOTEL
Ercotel (TEL700 and TEL710) is an emergency and help phone with a strong metal body. Shockproof and weatherproof, this phone has IP66 and IK10 ratings.
Its electronic bell produces 90 dB of sound at 1 m (110 dB with power supply). Optional Xenon/LED flasher can be installed. In this product, the handset and push-to-talk feature can be provided together. Thus, a complete redundancy is ensured.
The phones have an automatic fault detection feature. So it can check the microphone and speaker by sound test. The product can also be controlled remotely with TelDia software.

HARDYPHONE
Hardyphone (TEL456 and TEL457) phones are made of alloy metal to be shockproof (IK10). All external components are made of stainless steel.
It is suitable for use in harsh and weather conditions (IP66). The handset cord has a tensile strength of 200 kg. The electronic bell of the telephone produces 95 dB of sound at 1 m. The phones have an automatic fault detection feature. So it can check the microphone and speaker by sound test. The product can also be controlled remotely with TelDia software.

HARDY-VOX
Hardy-Vox (TEL487) is an IP66 push-to-talk phone designed for harsh conditions. The phone, which has a 5 mm metal eye, has IK10 impact resistance. It can provide excellent full duplex communication at 85 dB ambient noise. Powered by a telephone line, this telephone can be supplied with a keypad or with 1, 2, 4, 8 keys. They can carry 3 relays that can be activated by DTMF codes.

CLEAN-VOX
CLEAN-VOX® (TEL250T) is one of the most advanced phones made for clean room (sterile environment). Full duplex speech quality is high even in very noisy clean rooms. Thanks to its push-to-talk alternative mode, it works with full performance in ambient noise higher than 95 dB. There are no holes on the surface of the phone and can be cleaned with antibacterial solutions. Provides IP67 protection provided that it is installed correctly.
The product is available in both analog and VoIP (SIP). Also available in INOX (316L) stainless steel frame for wall mounting. The phones have an automatic fault detection feature. STEEL-VOX
STEEL-VOX® (TEL249) is an IP66 flush-mounted push-to-talk phone suitable for use in harsh conditions. It is IK10 impact resistant and made of steel plate. It can provide excellent full duplex communication at 85 dB ambient noise. Powered by a telephone line, this telephone can be supplied with a keypad or with 1, 2, 4, 8 keys. They can carry 3 relays that can be activated by DTMF codes.

HARDYPHONE-EX
The HARDYPHONE-EX (TEL569) is an analog, all-metal, impact resistant explosive atmosphere telephone for use in industrial conditions. It has a 200 kg tensile strength handset cord with a metal keypad.

MOBILE EMERGENCY AND SERVICE TELEPHONE
The portable heavy-duty phone (TLP400M1) has IP66 protection and is enclosed in a shockproof hard plastic housing case. Metal handset suitable for use in harsh conditions is resistant to vandalism and shocks. The cord of the handset is also manufactured to withstand heavy conditions.
This phone is used for mobile communication from different points in railway services, firefighting communication and industrial facilities.
Some features of the phone can be customized and accessories (relay, extra call key, headset, etc.) can be added.
GOLENA
The Industrial Intercom System GOLENA® fulfills all the functions demanded in the industrial environment. With its PTT mode and full duplex mode, GOLENA® offers the advantage of calling and talking, and exhibits excellent operating performance even in environments with noise levels higher than 95 dB (SPL).
All devices in the GOLENA® series have a general call key that can send calls to all doorphone stations at the same time. It can do this without the Larsen effect (acoustic feedback) by positioning intercom stations and speakers differently, regardless of power.
It is possible to meet different needs and make group calls. Its backlight allows for easy programming and caller ID visibility. Call stations, each with their own microprocessor, can be connected to each other with a standard telephone cable (2x2x0, 6mm) or over the local network (LAN TCP/IP –VoIP).
It has easy interface with other systems such as Fire & Gas, GA & PA, & iPABX PABX, PSTN, CCTV. GOLENA® has local test (microphone and speaker test) facility and is compatible with TelDia® software. The products have many options such as suitable for wall or flush mounting, desk devices, waterproof or explosion-proof, display screen and keypad. There is also a reduced number of keypad attachments for special functions.
